Still better than anything the British film industry has ever produced.

  3. Ha Ha Ha! without doubt the most entertaining thing I have seen all weekend! Is this film a review of th 1950's B film? if it is who on earth would be stupid enough to do something so suicidal?? Makes one wonder if they wanted to see how many people they could make burn a dvd!

mAQ, do you recall that (admittedly obscure) story about the group of British film executives (Ha..Ha..Ha) who were visiting Hollywood circa 1959 and were invited to a special screening of the original version of "Attack Of The Giant Leeches", when they emerged from the cinema one of them was quite clearly heard to say "theres no way that the British film industry could ever possibly hope to make anything as good as that, watching that movie has proven to me that we`re 10,000 light years behind Hollywood with regards to every aspect of the film making process", AND HE WAS BLOODY-WELL RIGHT mAQ, WASN`T HE ! ! !.

  5. I meant a review of a re-make of the 1950's B film! just read my comment back and realised how dodgy it sounded! no offence meant!

Um, somebody needs to go back and do their homework. There are some great British horror films from the past. The Flesh And The Fiends, Circus Of Horrors, Theater of Death, The Creeping Flesh, and Horrors of the Black Museum. Sure they've never personalized or distinguished themselves the way American directors do, but they've produced some great films.

Morgan, I`m sure you wont mind if i vehe-girl-tly disagree. By the way, the five films that you girl-tioned are all laughable hogwash when compared to the breathtaking magnificence of the American product.
